You Got Choices is a platform aimed to increase positive discourse on sexuality matters. Founded by Shanna Fishel with the intention of creating unique programs, You Got Choices brings an honest, ethical, non-judgmental approach to all things sexual and clinical.

A life-long educator, Shanna harnesses the power of education to create real change. There are various opportunities offered. You can join an upcoming events or invite them for a tailor-made workshop to your community/staff:

Shanna offers a variety of opportunities for you and your community to discuss sexual health matters, mental health, and other topics of importance. With over a decade of education and facilitation, their workshops and trainings are versatile and dynamic, utilizing tools of Listening Circles, Guided Meditations, Cooperative Learning strategies, and much, much more.  Other than workshops, each topic can be transformed to a fascinating lecture or clinical training, highlighting challenges in your community or staff. All of the educational opportunities uphold the belief that sexual health is on a spectrum between preventing unwanted situations (like STI, pregnancy and assault) and promoting consensual and safe intimate experiences.
